For the fastest help, write to mail@titlechex.io. Please include the email address you use to sign in and a short description of the issue (for example, sign-in, scan results, or a purchase).
Common topics
- Sign-in: You can use email and password, Google, or Apple where available. If you don’t see an option you expect, update the app to the latest version from the App Store.
- Scans and credits: Each title analysis uses one scan credit. You can see your balance in the app and purchase more when needed.
- Billing: Purchases are processed by our payment provider. If a charge looks wrong, email us with the approximate date and amount.
